Our story
Victorian Disability Support Services was founded by an experienced disability support worker and nurse with over six years across disability support, mental health and high intensity care.
Through years of frontline experience, our founder saw a clear gap: participants and families deserved support that felt personal, consistent and human, not transactional. VDSS was built to fill that gap.
Today we work alongside participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers across Melbourne to deliver support that genuinely improves day-to-day life.
